Pawsitively Fun Handler Code of Conduct:

I will refrain from employing aversives to train or handle my dog(s) or dog(s) in my charge, regardless of my personal philosophy on training while I am on the Pawsitively Fun premises. Such behaviors as leash jerking, scruff shakes, spraying, spanking, hitting, pinching or yelling, kicking, are prohibited. The following training aids will not be allowed on Pawsitively Fun premises: Correction Collar (Prong collars or Chain Collars), Electronic Collar ( Please ask one of our staff for a soft buckle collar, if you haven’t brought one with you. We will gladly give you a loaner you may use while you are here).

I will treat my fellow students as well as Pawsitively Fun staff, other facility users, and visitors to Pawsitively Fun with courtesy and respect and expect to be treated this way in return. I will report any incident of mistreatment of individuals or animals on these premises to Pawsitively Fun staff.

Students and/or other users or visitors to Pawsitively Fun will be given one verbal warning. We hope there will never be a need for a first warning. A second warning will result in loss of use of facility and/or expulsion from class.

Waiver of Liability:

I hereby waive and release the Pawsitively Fun Training Center, and it’s instructors from any and all liability of any nature for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while on the training grounds or the surrounding area thereof. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Pawsitively Fun Training Center.
